🧠What We're Looking For:
* Education: Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
* Experience: PICU/PEDS RN experience preferred
* License: Eligible to earn RN licnese in MO or compact state within 90 days of graduation
* Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
⚕️ Your Role:
As a PICU/Peds Nurse , you will:
* Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
* Evaluate and support the care provided by others
* Uphold patient rights and confidentiality
