Job description
This role is for a PICU/Peds Nurse in a full-time night shift position, focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care to children of all ages and acuity levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care
Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
Supporting the growth and confidence of new graduate RNs through specialized, unit-specific training
Qualifications and skills required:
Eligibility for RN license in MO or a compact state within 90 days
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
Preferred PICU/PEDS RN experience
A passion for working with children
