Job description
We are seeking a PICU/Peds Nurse to provide compassionate, high-quality care to children of all ages and acuity levels.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering patient-centered care using the nursing process
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care
Upholding patient rights and confidentiality
Supporting and mentoring team members
Embracing organizational mission, values, and service standards
Qualifications and skills:
Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
Eligible for RN licensure in MO or a compact state within 90 days
BLS certification through the American Heart Association
PICU/PEDS RN experience preferred
Passion for working with children of all ages and acuity levels
