Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full-Time Peer Support Specialist to join our Second Shift team. If you're passionate about making a real impact in times of crisis, we want to hear from you. Please note: Weekend availability is required.
Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with Certification by DMHA as a Certified Peer = $17.50/hour
Hourly rate for Crisis Service Peer Support Specialist with NO Certification = $16/hour

Key Responsibilities
Provide peer recovery services including crisis intervention, outreach, and engagement
Support individuals experiencing acute crisis in person and by phone
Build rapport using lived experience
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Job Qualifications
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Certification preferred; eligibility required.
To be considered certified, must have either:
Indiana Certified Peer Support Professional (CPSP-DMHA), or
Certified Peer Recovery Coach (CPRC-A or CPRC – ICAADA)
