Roles & Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and enhance Pega CLM solutions supporting client onboarding and lifecycle-management workflows.
- Build and maintain Pega applications using Pega Platform / PegaRules Process Commander (PRPC), including case types, stages, processes, rules, data objects, user interfaces, and decision logic.
- Translate business and functional requirements into clear Pega solution designs and reusable application components.
- Configure CLM workflows, validations, integrations, exception handling, and operational controls in line with approved requirements.
- Develop and support integrations with upstream and downstream systems using appropriate Pega integration patterns and services.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshoot defects, analyze production issues, and implement maintainable fixes while following Pega guardrails and coding standards.
- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, release planning, deployment support, and application documentation.
- Work in an Agile delivery model by managing stories, tasks, defects, dependencies, and sprint commitments in Jira.
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, developers, testers, and support teams across locations.
- Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and technical decisions clearly to project stakeholders.
- Follow applicable security, data-protection, change-management, and software-development lifecycle requirements.
