Job description
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist
This role is with a boutique PT practice specializing in pelvic floor physical therapy. They pride themselves on providing excellent care that has a lifelong positive impact on our patients’ lives.

Requirements
Active NJ PT license (or other active PT license and willing to obtain NJ licensure)
1+ year of pelvic floor experience preferred
Ability to work independently, including patient care and related administrative tasks
Compensation & Benefits
Full-time salary: $90–110K
3 weeks PTO
401K enrollment with up to 3% match after 1 year of employment
CEU credits and opportunities to host, teach, and participate with the team
Schedule & Structure
Salaried at 36 hours (FTE); 32 hours of patient care per week maximum
Flexible hours
No evenings past 7pm
No weekend hours required
Mentorship & Development
Hands-on mentorship for the first 3–6 months, and beyond if desired
Ongoing clinical development opportunities within the team
