Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist | Occupational Therapist In-Home-Service | Monmouth County
We’re hiring skilled and compassionate Pelvic Floor Therapists to join our private-pay home care team. You’ll provide 1-on-1 treatment for adults experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction—including bladder and bowel issues, pelvic pain, postpartum recovery, and sexual health concerns. Sessions take place in the privacy of the client’s home, allowing for discreet, personalized care without insurance limitations or high-volume settings.

Pelvic Rehabilitation & Wellness Center is a fast-growing, solutions-based practice redefining how pelvic health care is delivered. We focus on private-pay, hands-on, trauma-informed care that restores confidence, dignity, and long-term function.
Our in-home care services are active now in Monmouth County, and we’re launching a flagship clinic in Summer 2025.
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive pelvic floor evaluations and in-home treatments
Address diagnoses such as incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, constipation, and intimacy concerns
Collaborate with our wellness team (virtually and in person) on holistic care plans
Provide patient education and emotional support to promote lasting outcomes
Represent a high standard of care in the community
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist in New Jersey
Completed training in pelvic floor therapy (Herman & Wallace, APTA, or similar)
1+ years of experience in pelvic health preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable with travel and working independently
Passionate about delivering care that’s both clinical and compassionate
