Advocate Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for the AMC Summit Outpatient Rehabilitation team in Waukesha, WI. Pelvic health and orthopedics focus with mentorship and flexible full-/part-time hours; clinic hours Mon-Thu 7:00–18:30 and Fri 7:00–17:00.
Requirements include a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, WI license, and BLS. Job offers a base pay range $41.10–$61.65/hour, sign-on bonuses of $5,000 for full-time or $2,500 for part-time, and comprehensive benefits.
