Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
ACCESS Physical Therapy & Wellness, a member of the Confluent Health family, is hiring a full-time Pelvic Health Physical Therapist for our Clayton, NC clinic. Join a close-knit team led by Clinic Director Bob Wassel and help grow a specialized pelvic floor program in one of the fastest-growing communities in the Triangle. Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered treatment
Educate patients and support achievement of functional goals
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize outcomes
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) or eligible for North Carolina licensure
Passion for outpatient orthopedic and patient-centered care
Interest or experience in Pelvic Health, Women's Health, Sports Medicine, or Manual Therapy preferred
Desire for continued professional growth and specialty development
CPR and First Aid Certification required
Compensation: $73,000-$100,000 annually, inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities available for specialty certifications, advanced clinical expertise, and location-based differentials.
