Overview: Paid Pelvic training (Herman & Wallace), $5K Sign On Bonus, $36K in Student Loan Reimbursement, Daily Productivity Bonus $$ Exciting opportunity for an experienced Pelvic Health PT seeking growth potentional or a young pelvic therapist seeking support and mentorship. Our incredible provider team at Lone Peak PT in Helena is seeking a Pelvic PT to be part of the family. Work next to our current incredible Pelvic PT that has over 10 years of PT experience, 6 being specifically in Pelvic. For newer pelvic therapists, we believe in investing in your future. If you‘re early in your pelvic health journey, we will cover the cost of Herman & Wallace Level 1 and provide hands-on mentorship to guide you every step of the way. You‘ll build confidence, skill, and clinical excellence in a truly supportive environment. For experienced pelvic therapists who are ready to take the next step into leadership, we have exciting expansion plans - including opening a new, larger location. This is a unique opportunity to help shape and potentially lead a growing pelvic health department. We are team deeply committed to personal and professional growth offering continuing education, onsite orthopedic residency, and fellowship opportunities. Whether you‘re a new grad or seasoned clinician, this is your chance to grow into the best version of yourself. Our Pelvic PT‘s spend 40 minutes with each patient and see around 12 patients in a 10 hour shift. With 2 private rooms dedicated to our pelvic patients, we make sure the environment is comfortable and you have everything you need to perform your job seamlessly. We offer four 10 hour shifts per week to allow you a great work/life balance so you can also enjoy all of what the beautiful state of Montana has to offer. Job Type: Full-time Salary range: $78,000 - 105,000 per year Location: Helena MT Rewards: - $5K sign on bonus PLUS relocation bonus - Daily Productivity bonuses that have the potential to exceed $10,000 per year! - LIFT (Loan Incentive for Therapists) program – eligible clinicians may receive up to $36,000 in student loan repayment, paid directly to the lender - Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match. - A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency - AI clinical documentation support, built to significantly reduce after hours charting – so work stays at work. - Structured mentorship and career development. - Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM) including residency, fellowship, and board certification support. - Multiple career pathways: clinical excellence, hybrid roles, and leadership. - Location differential available for longer commutes.
