Job description
Evaluates patients and develops individualized care plans using evidence-based interventions, therapeutic exercise, education, and appropriate modalities. Monitors progress, documents care, and coordinates treatment and discharge planning with patients, physicians, and clinical staff. Provides supervision to PTAs and rehabilitation aides as required.
