nWe are seeking a skilledPhysical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and educate pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role focuses on helping individuals recover frominjuries, disabilities, pain, and medical conditions to regain optimal function and independence. Key Responsibilities:
n✔ Providedirect patient care while adhering to safety policies and best practices
n✔ Evaluate patients and develop individualizedtreatment plans
n✔ Deliverphysician-prescribed physical therapy to help patients achieve functional goals
n✔ Prioritize caseloads to ensuremaximum efficiency and effective treatment delivery
n✔ Utilize appropriatetherapeutic modalities to improve or minimize physical disabilities
n✔ Collaborate withphysicians, caregivers, and hospital personnel for holistic patient care
n✔ Providepatient and family education to support home exercise programs and discharge planning
n✔ Maintainaccurate documentation for effective communication with physicians and insurance providers Qualifications:
n✔Education:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
n✔Experience:Open to new graduates and experienced professionals
