PEM Machine Operator - 2nd ShiftGrand Island, NE 68801Job Number: Pay Rate: $20.00/hourJob DescriptionPEM Machine Operator - 2nd Shift Advance Services has an immediate opening for a PEM Machine Operator for a local manufacturing facility in Grand Island, NE! We are looking for motivated candidates with manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate equipment to install quality fasteners and produce accurate fabricated components in a fast-paced production environment. Job duties include:Operate PEM insertion equipment to install fasteners into metal componentsLoad, position, and secure parts correctly into the machineSet up and adjust machine settings as needed to ensure proper installationInspect completed parts for accuracy, alignment, and quality standardsRead and follow work instructions, blueprints, and production specificationsUse measuring tools to verify part dimensions and placement of fastenersIdentify and report quality issues or equipment concernsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company guidelinesMeet production goals while maintaining accuracy and qualityWhy Work for Advance Services, Inc.?
