Job description
Klaviyo is seeking a Lead People Analytics Partner to ensure data-driven decisions in a fast-growing tech context. You will act as a strategic partner to leaders, shaping workforce signals and building self-serve insights.
You'll translate data into narratives that influence senior leadership, partner with HRBPs and other teams, and help design scalable analytics foundations with the data engineering team.
