Job description
C3 Industries in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a People Business Partner to support assigned retail locations by partnering with store and retail leadership on employee relations, performance management, compliance, culture, and day‑to‑day people needs.
This mid‑level HR professional will have a field presence across Michigan stores, coaching managers, documenting concerns, and escalating higher‑risk issues when appropriate. Travel to Grand Rapids and other stores is required.
