Required Qualifications
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office, with exceptional skills in Google Sheets/Excel (formulas, data modeling, vlookups/index-match, pivot tables).
Highly proficient in Workday (specifically custom report generation, org chart structures, and transactional manager processes).
Strong familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio/Google Data Studio) and ticketing/case management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
Analytical Mindset: Exceptionally detail-oriented, precise, and highly accurate when working with large data sets; possesses a strong "spot-checking" lens to audit external work.
Project Management Skills: Proven ability to build localized project workback plans, align cross-functional timelines, and keep stakeholders accountable to key talent cycle milestones.
Execution & Accountability: A track record of executing flawlessly and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment; passionate about proactive problem-solving and delivering results.
Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to summarize complex information for senior leadership. xxzpjkt
