The role
Serve as senior strategic people advisor to technology leadership. Develop workforce and talent strategy, lead organizational transformation, coach executives, apply analytics and AI to workforce decisions, and strengthen leadership pipelines.
Qualifications
10+ years HR/People Team or strategic business partnership in complex global matrix; 5+ years talent strategy/org design/workforce transformation; 3+ years advanced analytics; fluency with generative AI/technology; executive coaching; periodic travel. Preferred technology-driven/global/M&A environments.
