Job description
Drivemode seeks an accomplished People & Culture professional to design and automate People programs, manage immigration processes, and oversee benefits and wellness for a growing tech team in Mountain View. You will partner with stakeholders across the company to build scalable People Operations systems and data-driven processes.
You will lead onboarding/off-boarding, manage HR tools such as HiBob and DocuSign, and drive initiatives that enhance employee experience while aligning with business
