Job description
Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Human Relations Generalist (HRG) to support bakery leadership and hourly associates across three shifts. This role requires strong HR expertise, labor relations skills, and the ability to guide workforce planning, talent development, and employee relations.
The HRG will partner with plant managers and center of excellence teams to drive organizational effectiveness, manage headcount and onboarding, and lead training programs while ensuring compliant HR practices
