Job description
Enchantment Resort in Sedona seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead policy development, benefits administration, and compliance across the resort’s team. You will partner with leadership to drive employee relations, investigations, and continuous improvement of HR programs.
You will oversee ADP-based processes, audits, onboarding, open enrollment, and safety initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and high service standards for a Forbes/Relais & Chateaux‑level team environment.
