YMCA of Greensboro is seeking a Director of People & Culture to join the senior leadership team. This role leads talent management, HR policies, compensation and benefits, performance management, and regulatory compliance to strengthen the organization's culture and mission.
The role oversees HR systems, employee relations, payroll administration, and collaboration with leadership across the organization to advance Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
