Job description
Chick-fil-A Latham Farms is seeking a Human Resource Director to lead the restaurant’s people strategy, culture, and compliance. You’ll oversee day-to-day HR, recruit leaders, and design programs that drive growth and engagement.
This role requires at least 3 years in HR leadership, strong written and verbal communication, and a commitment to integrity. SHRM certification and bilingual abilities are highly desired.
