Vandemoortele in Izegem seeks a People & Culture Partner Operations to act as the local HR partner for our production site, ensuring high‑quality HR processes and an effective people agenda on site.
You have a Master degree and 7+ years in HR within a production environment, with fluent English and Dutch. A hands‑on, collaborative mindset and ability to partner with managers complete the profile.
