Job description
Planet Fitness is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR leadership for the Virginia market, focusing on staffing, engagement, and alignment with Operations. You will work with market leaders and the Flynn Support Center to implement HR programs and drive a positive culture.
The role requires 5+ years HR experience in multi-unit environments, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, change management, and policy expertise. Travel across the market is expected.
