Mesta Electronics, Inc. in North Huntingdon, PA is seeking a People, Culture & Safety Business Partner (Generalist, P&C L2) to support growth through talent, engagement, and workforce planning.
You will partner with site leadership to drive HR initiatives and data-driven decisions while promoting a strong safety culture. The role covers employee relations, talent development, recruitment, investigations, and safety program support within a manufacturing environment.
