Job description
Carter's in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the first face of our brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, guide them to the right baby essentials, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service on the sales floor.
You will foster an inclusive environment, coach staff, and help plan merchandising and promotions while analyzing performance and driving KPIs. The role requires a minimum of 1 year retail management and a high school diploma or GED.
