Job description
Wake County is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to guide, coach, train, and investigate to ensure compliance with HR policies, legal requirements, and state/federal laws. The role provides guidance on employment law and best practices, handling complex workplace issues across the employee life cycle.
The ideal candidate will have five years in HR administration with at least two years supervising staff, plus knowledge of public sector HR and strong data-driven decision making.
