Amazon seeks an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) across site operations. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development, and HR operational excellence, with on-site presence at an Amazon facility.
You will build partnerships with PXT, support engagement activities, and coach leaders on PXT practices while handling sensitive information and maintaining data-driven HR processes.
