Job description
Alumni Ventures seeks a thoughtful People Experience Manager to design and deliver programs that shape the employee journey. You will partner with the Chief People Officer to build scalable experiences, drive engagement, and improve lifecycle processes across the organization.
You will own employee listening, collaborate with Talent Development, and translate insights into practical programs while maintaining a trusted relationship with employees and managers across the company.
