Job description
Amazon's People eXperience and Technology (PXT) team, the NACF PXT group, is seeking an HR Partner to drive employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence onsite at an Amazon facility in New York.
You will support PXT operations through standard work execution, relationship building, and timely issue resolution, while coaching leaders on PXT practices and using data-driven insights and HR technologies to enhance the employee experience and grow core HR
