Job description
Axalta seeks a People Experience Partner to join our Mt. Clemens, MI facility.
This role collaborates with leaders to roll out HR programs, coach managers, and partner with HRBPs, HR Operations and COEs on projects and process implementation to drive business outcomes. You will support performance management, employee relations, engagement, culture, organizational change and learning & development, while ensuring compliance with local laws and manufacturing environments.
