Job description
PowerSchool is seeking an Associate People Experience Business Partner to help align people strategy with the business. You will provide day-to-day HR support, coordinate programs, and partner with senior PX team members to ensure smooth execution of people-related activities.
Your day-to-day work includes onboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, data updates, and collaboration with Learning & Development to support talent development and culture enablement.
