Job description
Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the People Experience team in the New York region. You will drive global HR programs, advise managers, and partner with CoE and EG teams to optimize the employee lifecycle across the US market.
This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, change management, and the use of AI tools to enhance HR service delivery. A strong background in CPG HR processes is preferred.
