Job description
An innovative automotive company in Normal, Illinois is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to ensure a positive employee experience through effective HR services. The role involves managing HR inquiries, improving self-service resources, and ensuring operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of relevant HR experience, strong technical skills with Workday and ServiceNow, and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business is preferred. Comprehensive benefits are offered, along with an hourly pay range of $27.31 - $30.34.
