Job description
Carter’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Charlotte, NC to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll lead a welcoming team, deliver exceptional customer service, and help teammates prepare for new season launches and school readiness.
You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, drive sales through effective merchandising, and maintain a safe, inclusive environment on the sales floor.
