Carter’s Inc. in Shenandoah, IA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a friendly team, greet customers, and showcase our baby essentials and brand story.
You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop staff, manage daily operations, and analyze KPIs to drive sales while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment. This role requires at least 1 year of retail or related management experience and a high school diploma or GED.
