Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for our Kentucky operation. You will oversee restaurant operations, lead Team Members, and ensure hospitality, people focus, and performance in line with Capstone values.
This role reports to the District Manager and requires 3-5 years of quick service leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L oversight; a hands-on leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills is essential.
