Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill in Rochester, NY is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive exceptional guest experiences. You will recruit, hire, and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices, while ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and hospitality.
You’ll own the full employee lifecycle, manage schedules and P&L, and uphold food safety and compliance standards. This role requires hands-on leadership across all hours and a commitment to a guest-obsessed culture.
