Job description
Better Buzz Coffee is seeking a General Manager to lead a busy cafe, deliver brand-driven guest experiences, build a high-performing team, and run profitable operations. You will spend the majority of time on-store leadership, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with brand standards.
The role requires 3 years GM experience in high-volume environments, manager food safety certification, and open availability. Salary range is $32-35/hour with potential monthly bonuses and full benefits.
