Job description
Rural King is seeking a Human Resources Lead to support store-level HR operations and foster a positive associate experience. You will collaborate with store leadership on recruiting, onboarding, policies, benefits, performance, and engagement.
The role serves as a resource for associates and leaders, promoting a People First culture and continuous improvement. Experience in retail HR and ATS/HCM systems is preferred.
