Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a capable General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead Team Members, and ensure hospitality and integrity in service. You will supervise managers, drive staffing, training, and marketing execution while meeting financial goals and ensuring safety compliance.
The role reports to the District Manager and embodies Capstone values of People, Hospitality, and Integrity, with an emphasis on fast-paced, guest-focused performance.
