Job description
Carter’s is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Kansas (Olathe) to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll lead a team, greet customers, promote baby essentials, and support a welcoming store environment.
You’ll coach staff on product styles, manage scheduling, and drive sales through excellent service, teamwork, and operational controls. This role requires at least 1 year in retail management and a high school diploma or GED.
