Job description
Citi Trends in Dearborn, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, lead a team, and assist with hiring and onboarding. You will partner closely with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, uphold service standards, and ensure a safe, organized store environment.
