Job description
Carter's in Oklahoma City is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a welcoming, sales-focused team and reinforce brand standards while delivering outstanding service on the floor. You’ll coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure operational excellence across merchandising and loss prevention.
You’ll partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and develop associates, drive KPIs, and ensure store readiness, delivering a family-friendly experience that aligns with Carter's values.
