Job description
VF Corporation’s Kipling brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in San Diego. You will lead the store team, drive sales, and uphold the brand’s Live.Light ethos while modeling inclusive customer engagement and operations excellence.
You will coach and develop the team, assist in recruiting diverse talent, manage labor and payroll, and ensure store policies are followed to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and achieve sales goals.
