Job description
Torrid is seeking a Store Manager in Lakewood, CO to lead a dynamic team and deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will drive sales, manage operations, recruit and develop talent, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
In this role you will balance policies with people, train staff on product trends, and build strong connections with customers and the district team to meet store KPIs and growth goals.
