Job description
Joe & the Juice in Coral Gables is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring top performance and guest experiences. You will lead a team, maintain standards, and drive a high-energy, inclusive culture across the store.
You'll be responsible for coaching staff, managing opening/closing, stock control, and contributing to sales growth while upholding hygiene and brand guidelines.
