People & Leadership Growth Coordinator | Remote

What you'll be doing:
Connect with people who have expressed an interest in personal and professional development
Have introductory conversations by phone or Zoom
Listen, ask questions and understand what people are looking for
Introduce relevant personal and leadership development programs and resources
Build genuine professional relationships and follow up
Use digital and online marketing platforms, along with established systems, to connect with and engage people.
Grow alongside others while continuing to develop your communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
Manage your own schedule, activity and follow-through
