The role
You’ll own how the company hires, onboards, pays and supports its employees, and set up the fundamentals so they scale: policies, benefits, performance and compliance.
What you’ll own
Hiring operations with hiring managers: process, scheduling, candidate experience, offers.
Onboarding, benefits administration and HR compliance across our locations.
A simple performance and feedback cycle.
Advice to managers on people questions, with escalation where needed.
The policies and documents a growing team needs.
What you bring
Four or more years in people operations or HR, including at a small company.
Organised, discreet and practical.
Working knowledge of US employment compliance across states.
HR systems and spreadsheets.
Helpful, not required
Distributed teams.
Contractor workforces.
