Job description
3i is seeking a Director of People Operations in New York to build and own the people function end to end, including policies, compliance, compensation, performance, and IT. You will lead with budget authority over vendors and counsel, partnering with founders and leadership on all people matters.
This builder role starts as a team of one, with room to grow; you will design systems and become the day-to-day partner to managers across jurisdictions where 3i employs staff.
